At LLE Construction Group, LLC, we create, build, and maintain spaces where people learn, live, work, and play. We are a Woman and Minority-Owned General Contracting Firm with a focus in Project, Facilities, and Construction Management and Community and Commercial Real Estate Development. We specialize in Owner’s Representation and Consulting Services. We love ALL THINGS BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES, such as space planning, maintenance, renovations, procurement of FFEs (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and moving and logistical services. Prior to COVID-19, we pivoted our business to expand into community and commercial real estate development building affordable housing and mixed-used development in low to moderate income communities.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE
LLE provides Facilities Maintenance and Management Services. Most property and business owners are busy running their businesses that they have very little to no time to maintain and renovate their facilities We create Facilities Maintenance Plans to prevent expensive repair costs.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONSULTATION
LLE provides space planning and renovations services to Commercial Property Owners and Tenants. We ask that you contact us prior to signing a lease or purchase agreement to discuss your company's facilities needs, Zoning, Architectural requirements, maintenance requirements, etc.
